Home for the Holidays

So after being home for the holidays after 2 years overseas, it was so nice seeing all of my family this season, especially Thanksgiving. This Thanksgiving I definitely decided to take full advantage of all of the foods I missed out on while in Korea (especially the Greek food)! It was definitely a whirlwind and I was not at all prepared for the giant amount of people everywhere today. I walked out of pretty much every store (mainly because I hate waiting in long lines). Did get some good stuff for my cousins, and a few things for me 🙂
Anyways, I hope all of you has such a lovely Thanksgiving wherever it is that you are. I hope you took the time to spend it with some family/ friends. I wanted to take the time to thank all of you for making this blogging experience so incredible. This blog would not be possible without all of my readers and followers. You all have made these past few months of blogging an incredible experience.
Please enjoy some pictures from my Thanksgiving at home! I have also shared some pictures from Thanksgiving classes with my students in previous years!
We like to eat!

My cousin’s fruit turkey creation! (She’s a vegetarian!)
How cute is he?!
Sisterly love
For Thanksgiving classes, I made my students write what they were thankful for on feathers and attach them to turkeys that they colored. This was 5th grade (mind you English is their second or third language)

Hope you all are having a fantastic weekend and wonderful post-black Friday! Time to start packing for Europe. Any tips or tricks? Anything you’d like to share, please let me know! Would love to hear about your Thanksgiving!
