Hey all and happy Wednesday!! This Wednesday I am featuring a slightly different form of workwear, the offline version. I am currently on vacation this week, so my office is the resort for the entire week.
I found this swimsuit online recently and was in love with it. It is a bit hard to see the details of it in these photos, but it has a knotted front and fits so well. I love where it hits and how it fits my body. I always have a tough time finding suits because of my shape, so finding this was quite a nice surprise. One-piece suits seem to be all the rage this season, so I have been on the hunt for some good ones, especially since they cover so many areas.
I also saw this cover-up in the store recently and thought it would be perfect for a vacation in Mexico. The color is perfect and bright and the pattern is so fun and vibrant. I love the way the coverup hangs, but still allows for some shape and sheerness. I wanted something other than just a dress or crochet coverup, so I thought this was the perfect alternative.
So, for this shoot I am wearing zero makeup. Since I am somewhere so warm, I pretty much will not be wearing makeup the entirety of the trip. I also have not really being doing my hair too much either, I have just been letting it air dry. Sorry in advance for the sand all over my body, the different colors of my skin, and the lack of makeup and jewelry. I thought I would portray myself on vacation as I actually am on vacation. I refuse to put on a ton of makeup for like an hour of photos! How are you on tropical vacations? Do you wear makeup, get really dressed up, or fix your hair? I would love to hear your thoughts! I brought some of this up because I have seen so many bloggers on vacations recently and they are wearing a LOT of makeup and are so fancy all the time and I wonder how much of it is actually real.
