Hey all and happy Monday! Hope you all had such a fabulous weekend! Did you do anything exciting?
I am back this week with the second of three looks that I did with International Concepts and Macy’s! I saw this fringe skirt online and needed to find a way to style it. I decided to pair it with a top and tuck the top in, leaving it out made me look so short and hid the ruching. I try to wear skirts at my natural waist, and I find wearing them any lower makes me look incredibly hippy. I decided to add this belt to break the outfit up a bit and also to just give it a little extra something. I kept the shoes and bag neutral to try and keep the skirt the main focus. This skirt comes in several different colors, so you can most likely find one to fit into your wardrobe!
I am attempting to keep up with my colorful walls theme by finding more and more to photograph in front of. This wall happens to be down in the Pilsen area of Chicago, where there are sooo many murals. It makes for a really fun area for shooting looks. I shot all three of my Macy’s looks in Pilsen, so it involved a lot of changing outfits in the car!
Would love to know if you would rock a fringe skirt?
