So if you know me, you know I love my heels, and shoes in general. Let’s be honest, many shoes are not comfortable, especially for an extended period of time! I love to wear heels and give myself a little height, and I wear them to work most days of the week. I wear them when I am teaching or standing for hours. I even get that feeling from time to time with flats where they start to hurt in the toebox or on the sides up near my toes. Maybe it’s just me, but I own few pairs of shoes that are comfy for 8-10 hours.
The directions say to apply two pumps of Sole Serum where your feet feel pain. Wait 60 seconds for your feet to dry, and then after 10 minutes you will feel like you’re walking on clouds again. So, the first time I tried Sole Serum, I honestly did not put it on when I felt the pain. I waited quite a few hours after, like half a day after. It worked but not to the extent I was hoping.
Round two of trying it out and feeling the effects of it. This time, I used it pretty much right after I started feeling pain. I used it first in my toebox, because that is typically where I feel pain first with most of my heels or flats. I waited a few minutes until it dried and slipped my shoes back on. It gives this awesome cooling effect and then just a bit later, my feet started to feel much better! It seems like I could last quite a few hours longer on them. I can say from experience that I applied this twice while working, and both times it relieved it. Needless to say, I wasn’t limping in that typical ‘my heels hurt pain’ down the hallways. I cannot attest to it preventing my clumsiness in general, but it did help me last with my shoes throughout the work day.
I used this product on both heels & flats and found it to work on both! If you are worried about it ruining leather or suede, not as issue at all. It does dry and rather quickly. I was worried about this, so I gave it a few minutes and had no issue of it rubbing off. You can purchase it on the Sole Serum website! Would love to hear your thoughts/ feedback and answer any questions you may have!
