Sole Serum Revisited | Daily Use

DSC_1274Happy Monday!! You may remember (or may not) a post I did some months ago about Sole Serum, which included my thoughts and a review of the product. You can check out the last post here, as I gave a pretty detailed review about the product. Sole serum contacted me recently, asking if I would like to work with them again, and of course I happily obliged. I never like to work with a company, especially a second time if I do not believe in their product in some way.

I am going to be honest here and say that this product is not the holy grail, nor does it claim to be. I find it to help the most when my feet are in pain and need a bit of relief. I wear a lot of uncomfortable shoes, especially on a daily basis. The shoes never start out as uncomfortable, but after 7-8 hours in any shoes, my feet start to feel it.DSC_1223I wear a lot of pointy shoes to work, in both flat and heel form. I love my shoes and always try to switch up the ones that I wear. I have slightly wider feet (they’re quite wide but one can dream), so shoes start to get quite uncomfortable for me after a few hours. That is really when I start to rely on Sole Serum. You do have to apply it around the time that you feel pain, so make sure to use it as soon as you can. I usually apply it when I know I will be sitting for a few minutes and have some time off my feet.

You apply it to the area where your feet feel pain, and if you are like me, that is many areas after a certain point. It says to wait 60 seconds before putting your shoes back on. From experience, I would wait about 3-4 minutes, to let it fully dry. I found it to work best with a bit more time before putting shoes back on. You will feel a bit of a numbing/ cooling effect, and it should relieve pain for several hours. I usually apply this once or twice during work, depending on the shoes I’m wearing that day.

DSC_1212I tried to post pictures of shoes that I wear to work or use the most. It is such a great size and I am able to just throw it in my bag and carry it anywhere with me. If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, I would love to hear it below. Or, you can always reach me on email or instagram. Hope you had such a lovely weekend! DSC_1185

This is such a in interesting product! I tend to just avoid painful shoes in general but I have a couple of pairs that are just too pretty so I keep them despite the discomfort. It might be a good idea to have a bottle of this handy for those shoes!

This stuff sounds incredible! Like you, I love all the pointy shoes around at the moment so this will probably help my toes to feel less nipped! Plus this product would be heavenly in your handbag during a night out in heels.
